In December, Alter and I released our first book as Drew Sarkis, Schemes of the Wayfarer, which has been described as “all scheming, all the time.” Then, earlier in January, Alter released a follow-up to Sunset Mantle, Stone, which I edited (after it had been previously published as part of the New Decameron.)
Current things I’m working on, by myself and with collaborators, include an arcanepunk heist novel with a dash of romance, an angsty arranged marriage story vaguely inspired by drow lore, and a tale of martial arts, meddlesome spirits, and midwivery. Hopefully you’ll get to read some of that at some point!
